Jane, Angel, Duane, Me and Caryn ran another race! This time it was the City Creek Canyon Half Road/Half Trail. It was a TON of fun, great weather, perfect temp, fun friends and lots of sweat...which always feels good in the manana! I've never "officially" raced a trail run--UPHILL, but we'd been practicing for a couple weeks and we did great. There is nothing like being in the beautiful mountains on a saturday morning, all for some sweet racin' exercise!

Your blog is adorable. Who took the pics of your little one and your family shots. They did a great job and your little girl is so beautiful. I love the bikes and it doesn't surprise me that Johnny is doing that. It's so him. Tell him Hi for me and its great to see you guys are so happy.

Becca you guys are awesome and always so adeventerous. My husband was checking out your blog the other day and said "why don't we everhang out with these guys? They do lots of cool stuff and seem like we could have fun with them."
